Volunteers lovingly pack Christmas Cheer boxes

Christmas Cheer boxes have been packed and will be distributed in the Souris area early next week. Volunteers have spent hours collecting, sorting and packing the boxes for distribution.

Souris School students walked up to St. Paul's United Church to wrap the boxes and make sure they have a festival feel. They did a great job with that volunteer project.
As yet it is unknown exactly how many boxes will be delivered but a full report will come out after Christmas.
Thank you to the citizens who donated, the businesses who collected, the committee who planned, the students that wrapped, the volunteers that packed and sorted. You commitment goes a long way to brighten the lives of people in need.
Merry Christmas to all.
