Doors locked after teens injured in assault at Winnipeg high school

WINNIPEG — Two male teenagers are in stable condition after an assault at a Winnipeg high school.

The Winnipeg School Division says three students were involved in an altercation Monday afternoon outside St. John's High School in the city's north end.

Two of them had to be taken to hospital.

Police were called and St. John's was temporarily placed in what is called a hold-and-secure mode for the rest of the school day

The security measure means no one can enter or leave the building, although students and staff can move about inside.

No one has been arrested. (CTV Winnipeg)
